This facility will give any member of your staff unlimited telephone access to our technical support staff to deal with operational problems as and when they arise.


Our engineers have extensive experience in hardware, network diagnostics and maintenance.  All of our technical support staff has commercial experience in their fields of expertise.

Response times to the customer: Engineers are available at the end of a phone discuss problems with your staff before having to be called out to site. The skill sets available to the customer are greater, engineers can discuss the problem with colleagues, or the problem can be escalated to a senior engineer and call backs can be made potentially saving you the delay and cost in getting an engineer to your offices.
