We also know that support agreements, however vital to the business, need to be affordable. We keep “abreast of” and “invest in”, time saving support technologies whilst also monitoring the market price points to ensure your costs stay as low as possible.

Our support packages have different names simply enabling us to introduce them and define the wide and inclusive levels of service available. Our customer agreements are normally always a combination of these packages, designed to match the exact needs by our specialist support team.

Remote Server Support


 
Our remote support package is a “must have” once you have invested in a server and have experienced hassle free computing that a perfect installation offers. You know that you do not want to return to the bad old days of multiple visits and the down time associated with computer faults, engineers on-site and in effective servers.

Bluestone Computing’s server engineers are proud of their installations and want to continue to look after your server, caring about the disk space and speed of access and that somebody is ensuring that the most up to date service packs and security patches are installed and activated. If you decide to invest in our remote server Support pack Bluestone engineers can seamlessly, and of cause inexpensively as there is no travel time or cost to consider, offer an incredible service that includes;


Server monitoring, logging and reporting.
Backup monitoring, logging and reporting.
Ongoing service pack and hotfix updates
Monthly check for updates of other back office software, such as exchange (email server)
Provide Email support to exchange servers
Agreeing and setting scheduled reboots if needed after for example installing updates
Our remote manager service where we can change and control access of users along with passwords.
If our solving the problem becomes ineffective over the remote link you still have the peace of mind knowing that we can still jump in our car getting to site in just a few minutes and get the job completed on-site.

When a major Windows Service Pack is released we would advise that an on-site visit is preferable just in-case of problems.

The facility for an engineer to remotely connect to either the server or a workstation, in order to assist with the problem.

Operational Support


 

This facility will give any member of your staff unlimited telephone access to our technical support staff to deal with operational problems as and when they arise.


Our engineers have extensive experience in hardware, network diagnostics and maintenance.  All of our technical support staff has commercial experience in their fields of expertise.

Benefits of Operational Support
Response times to the customer: Engineers are available at the end of a phone discuss problems with your staff before having to be called out to site. The skill sets available to the customer are greater, engineers can discuss the problem with colleagues, or the problem can be escalated to a senior engineer and call backs can be made potentially saving you the delay and cost in getting an engineer to your offices.
