Sage 50 Accounts Professional 2011 does more than help you manage your day-to-day finances, VAT returns and year-end accounts.

It gives you complete sales and purchase order processing, alongside stock control, project management and foreign trading tools, so you can keep track of the different areas of your business.

It also has the flexibility to handle up to 10 users and manage multiple companies (additional charge applies), giving you the information you need to drive your business forward.

To get the best possible performance from your Sage software, it's important to check that your PC meets the minimum requirements of the software and, where possible, the recommended requirements.

Recommended requirements

  • An IBM®-compatible computer with a 2GHz (or equivalent) processor
  • At least 1GB RAM
  • At least 1GB of free disk space after Microsoft® Windows has been installed
  • Network users only: 1Gbps network with Microsoft Windows networking

Performance will be improved with higher specification computers and networks, and it only possible to install one copy on a single computer.

Works with Microsoft Office 2000 and all later editions, and please ensure you have the latest Microsoft updates installed.

This product will not install or run on the Microsoft Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, or Windows NT4 operating systems.

Stock Tidy

Stock Tidy enables you to delete a selection of products from with in Sage along with their history whilst maintaining the remaining items and history.  



Customer Maintenance

Every one of our Sage Line 50 customers has at least one account reference they would like to changeWell now we can resolve that constant irritation.Customer Maintenance enables you to change the account reference
of a sales record and all associated data held within Sage.  



Supplier Maintenance

Price List

New feature added Sept 2008 enables price changes on the standard Sage price as well as the price list Price enables you to: Copy a Sage Price List
Find all items with a “Fixed Price” in a “Price List” and increase them by a %Find all items with a “Fixed Price” in a “Special Price” and increase them by a % selected either by customer or by product.  



Bill of Materials Reverse Issue

Select the finished product (that has to have a bill of materials), define the quantity to reverse issue and the software displays the components that it will issue back into stock. Simply assign a cost price to the components and select “Reverse Issue” The finished item is taken out of stock and the components issued into stock
